This is a Portraiture of Mary Davis an inhabitant of Great Saughall near Chester taken AD 1668 aged 72. When she was twenty eight years old, she had an excresernce upon her head which continued 32 years like to a Wenn; then grew into 2 horns; after 4 years she cast them; then grew 2 more; after 4 year she cast those. These upon her head have grown 4 year and are loos.
